01 The three pools
Sizes and prices
Dimensions are to the outside of the beam. Add length or width to any size at
$1,250 a foot, up to ten feet either way.

These are where our prices start. Every yard is a little different — site conditions,
access, and what's already back there can move the number. If that happens on yours, we tell you
before we touch a shovel, not after.
02 Shape
Rectangle or freeform
Rectangle is included at every size. Freeform holds the same water as its rectangle
— the upcharge is the extra perimeter, so it scales with size.

Priced by the square foot
Separate from the pool, so you take exactly what your yard needs. Most yards land
between 400 and 700 sq ft.

· Straight answers
What isn’t in the price
Three items, and the first is the only thing that can change your price after you sign.
- Rock. If we hit rock during excavation it’s $400 an hour, billed at cost for the
time it actually takes. Most yards never see a minute of it. We tell you the day it happens, not
at the end.
- Electrical service upgrade, if your panel can’t carry the equipment
- Access work — tree removal, retaining walls, major grading
