Because we build the same three layouts, the crew sequence and the material orders are set before we dig. That's what lets us put real dates in front of you instead of a season.
What can move the window. Gunite has to cure and rain stops certain stages outright — running an inspection or pouring decking in a downpour isn’t a shortcut, it’s a redo. Days lost to weather, a municipal inspection delay, or a selection we’re still waiting on don’t count against the 5–7 week build window, and they don’t change your price. We’ll tell you the day it happens and give you the new date, not a vague apology at the end.
· The build
Every pool we build runs the same eight stages in the same order. You'll know which one you're in the whole way through, and roughly when the next one starts.
We mark your shape on the ground and dig it out. Your yard goes from flat to pool-shaped in a couple of days.
The rebar cage is tied to the engineered plan. This is the skeleton everything else is built on.
Plumbing lines and electrical runs out to the equipment pad, then inspection before anything gets buried.
The shell is shot and shaped by hand, then left to cure.
Waterline tile goes in and the Lueders limestone coping is set, piece by piece.
Forms go down and your concrete is poured, in the material and square footage you picked.
Spoils hauled off, site cleaned up, fence put back the way we found it.
Your pebble interior goes in and we start filling the same day.
Once it's full, startup runs 5–7 days — balancing the water, dialing in the equipment and brushing the finish. Then it's yours.
