Questions we get

Is this a prefab or fiberglass pool?

No. Every pool is gunite, shot and shaped on site in your yard. What's standardized is the design and the process, not the pool itself — we build the same three layouts repeatedly, which is why we can hold a schedule and a price.

Do I have to sit through a sales pitch?

No. The prices are on this page. We'll walk your yard to confirm access and site conditions, and if you'd rather have that come back in writing instead of a meeting, just tell us.

What if my yard is tight or sloped?

That's what the site visit is for. Access work — fence panels, tree removal, retaining walls — is priced separately once we've seen it, and we'll tell you before you sign, not after we've dug.

How long until I can swim?

Permitting runs 2–4 weeks, the build is 5–7 weeks across eight stages, and startup takes another 5–7 days. Signed to swimming is usually 8–12 weeks.

What's the warranty?

The shell carries a structural warranty and the equipment carries its manufacturer warranty. We put the specific terms in your contract, and you can read them before you sign.

Can I change the design?

You choose the size, the shape, the deck, and the add-ons — that's the design. We don't take custom shapes, because holding a schedule and a price depends on building what we've built before.

Who takes care of it after?

We hand it over balanced and running, and we'll show you how it works. Ongoing service is available if you'd rather not think about it.

Ready to get started?

Answer in one business day, usually inside the hour. No pressure, no pushy sales visit.
